Open up all glams to omni job 90 players?

Aloha-
I had a FC mate who had all jobs to 90 and I asked if it was worth it, other than the mount and head piece, and they said if i played all the job regularly it is. And I have found myself leveling job just for their glams, so I started to think. Is it possible to give players with all jobs both battle and craft to max level get an achievement that allows them to wear any glams minus weapons? I am not seeing any cons to this but if anyone has any please let me know. If I can go to battle or cook a meal dressed as a chicken why not as other jobs? I am just asking for fun thoughts, and i think it would be a cool reward to work for but if not oh well, glams will still be super fun.
