What Controllers have you tried so far?
Which 3rd party software are you using to launch the game?
Steps taken before this issue occurs:
Are the Controllers 1st party (Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo) or 3rd party (Off-Brand)?

What Controllers have you tried so far? PS4, Xbox One and Switch Pro controller.
Which 3rd party software are you using to launch the game? XIV on Mac. otherwise, the original one just does not work.
Steps taken before this issue occurs: connect any gamepad by Bluetooth and USB, start mac, open XIVoM, enter the game, gamepad does not work.
Are the Controllers 1st party (Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo) or 3rd party (Off-Brand)? First party all of them.
