Audio stuttering issues.

I've been having a problem for a while now with my audio. It's strange because it does not impact overall performance of the game. But in the background it sounds like city chatter or chatter that crops up as part of the games ambient noise when there's a lot of players in one spot.

I've tried updating my drivers, I've tried validating files and googling all over the place. Only thing I haven't tried is a fresh install of XIV, which I would prefer to avoid.

It's not hardware related as this does not happen in ANY other game.

System specs:
Windows 11 64-bit Home Edition
16GB DDR4 RAM 1200 MHZ
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 Dual Core Processor at 3.6GHz
1TB SSD
GeForce RTX 2080 Super

- When the issue started to occur, did something in Windows change such as a setting or update?
- Have you tried using another audio device such as another pair of headphones or speakers to see if the same issue occurs?
- Current Make/Model of headphones being used: (also provide the method of connectivity: i.e. analog/3.5mm, USB, bluetooth, etc)
- Does any specific error message/code occur when the issue happens?
- Audio output device being used: (Onboard motherboard sound card, Graphics card via HDMI, soundcard add-on, etc)
- Audio settings on game you are using (Provide a screenshot of what your current sound settings are in game)

This happens in almost every zone, at any time of the day. Doesn't matter. It does not seem to happen in instanced zones however. It'll sound like popping in rapid succession like something is trying to play and then stops.

It started to happen after the 6.0 Update to XIV.

- Have you tried using another audio device such as another pair of headphones or speakers to see if the same issue occurs?

No, I have no other speakers.

Wireless Headphones Razer Blackshark 2v Pro.

- Does any specific error message/code occur when the issue happens?: No errors, just sound popping/clipping. Does not happen in any other games.

- Audio output device being used: (Onboard motherboard sound card, Graphics card via HDMI, soundcard add-on, etc) GeForce RTX 2080 Super via HDMI to DVI Adapter.

- Audio settings on game you are using (Provide a screenshot of what your current sound settings are in game)
