Omg! Thank you so much! This helped a lot. We 1st did what you mentioned, but still was giving issues and since you mentioned the “Cookies” we did the next step of cleaning the cookies in the browser and that ended helping with the Enable.

As how my Fiancé said “the power outage over cooked them cookies” lol
