Hello,

I am currently having log-in issues in the Lobby on the PS4 , the box where you can input your ID and Password does not load and instead gives me a Japanese message that says its going under maintenance.This issue accord last night April 7th around 8pm, due to a rainstorm and thunder we had a power outage.

I am assuming because of that power outage it must of corrupted something in the system for the FFXIV Lobby not to function properly. I have re-launched the application multiple times and even went to the extend of re-installing the game to see if that would solve the problem. However, those efforts came to stand still and I am still currently having that issue.

My fiancé, whom we reside together, the problem did not happen to his PS4. I am assuming due to the fact that he had a saving power bank that stores energy to leave any electronic with enough power when ever a power outage accrues. Saving him the trouble of the power being cut off from any electronic being attached to that power bank extension. Which he had no issue turning on and off the the systems. As for me, I was not so lucky with such a thing and my power was cut off due to the power outage. Therefore, he had no issue logging back into the game.

I also posses a MAC license copy of FFXIV, however, I only have it up to Shadowbringers. Since its only for back up, my main focus is on the PS4. I did tested out the lobby on the Mac and I was able to log in just fine. It would seem that something must have happen in my PS4 during that power outage that I am not able to log in inside the lobby at all.



Please advice on any assistance that you may find. All help is gravely appreciate it and I would love to go back into playing the EW in my PS4. Specially since the new patch is around the corner.
