That's good news! It means I can downgrade to an entry level sub and maintain both characters on my world. I can see this costing them cash in the long term though with people like me who have very few characters dropping their sub tier. I can't see any reason that I'd have ever have more than three or four characters, let alone eight, in total across all worlds and DCs.
