Thread: Dyeable chocobo racing helmet!!

They can make the chocobo suit dyeable too while they're at it. I always wanted to be a fabulous pink chocopopoto.

I'm not a fan of the bright chocobo yellow and always dye my bird a peanut brown.
I'd love it if we could dye some of the chocobo gear like we can dye our bird~
Maybe then I'd actually use more than just the silly fat head lol.

Either way, OP, it doesn't look like SQEX modifies old gear to become dyeable. How/where would you ideally like to see them add in replica chocobo gear?

Easy, a higher version of an achievement. They already have loads of undyable gear with dyable version you can get. Why not do the same with this? It seems silly that we can dye chocobo all the colors of the rainbow, and even race chocobo come in a variety of colors, but the helm can't be dyed. How can I show my pet fanaticism without having a helmet with matching color. Does no one in SE have an unhealthy love of pets like I do?

Seriously though, despite this thread being ancient, it's still relevant, I'd personally love this. There was a point in 14 where I would only wear the racing chocobo mask with desert yellow coloured gear, don't do it nearly as much nowadays, but the mask is still great.

Theres even a dyed red version used as a prop aboard the Prima Vista! Can go look for yourself in game.
