Balance Gauge Gone

Hello!

I'm hoping someone can help!

All my gauges and class bars are gone! My balance bar, etc. I go into the HUD layout and no matter what class I choose, the option to activate it is grayed out. When I log in on my Red Mage, it says Balance Bar is activated in the chat box but, I can't get it to show up.

I tried reset to default settings, nothing, I even reinstalled last night and tried again this morning and it's the same thing.

Is this some server side settings that got saved that I can reset or something?

Good afternoon and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

On the character selection screen there should be an option to download the UI settings for the affected character. If the settings were uploaded prior, the UI options should be recovered through there.
