Quest: "One Way or Another" text error

Right, the vessel was indeed an Allagan vessel constructed and launched into space back in the Third Astral Era, but it then spent the next several millenia orbiting Hydaelyn close to Dalamud, until it was destroyed by the Red Moon shooting it down during the lead up to the Seventh Calamity (basically, Heimdall's onboard AI systems detected Dalamud was activating and so attempted to stop it as that was what it had been programmed to do when the Allag launched it - it was meant to be a kind of watchman making sure no one or nothing interfered with Dalamud's systems - thus resulting in Dalamud firing on it and causing the ship to crash on the Silver Moon, where it now lays).

So the 'five years ago' is accurate, as that is indeed when it crashed on the moon, not how old it actually is. So that is working as intended (the Sightseeing Log entry for the ship - 'Heimdall's Last Sight' - actually explains this in detail.).
