High Ping and Package Lose

Hello everybody,

I have an irregular but in the same frame (between 18 - 24 in the evening) high ping and package loose (EU severs). The game becomes unplayable and the problem keeps coming back (over 1-2 years).

My view, possibly guess where the problem comes from:

This is the tracert which I always run and see that the problem is very likely to come from the packet transmission. I've already tried to talk to my ISP, but they usually refer to the player operator (SE) or the other ISP (Telia) (how should I contact them if I'm not the customer?) and usually pushes the problem back.

Now I'm looking for help here, or answer how I can fix it.

As a practical matter, if you're having a network problem along your route, often the only real option is to use a VPN to attempt to bypass/reroute. Attempting to complain to operators is, unfortunately, almost universally a fool's errand.

That said, I wouldn't interpret those results too badly. Node 9 isn't a result of packetloss, it just means that device is blocking pings. And if the RTT of the final node is good, then it doesn't matter if those along the way are high - that just means some of them are delaying or deprioritizing pings.

Thought there will be more reports, but seems to affect only a few.

Important for others Players with similar issues: The problem is aimed at Eu players*

Seems like vpn is the only solution. I thought those involved were more interested in solving this problem, but the small number of reports doesn't seem to get much attention.

At the end Telekom plays the ball on the game operators or Telia. SE plays the ball back and Telia don't have any support at all and leave it like it is, because who the fk cares ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
