Oceanic FC rankings for Ravana point out a SERIOUS bot problem.

Look at the name of the FC's and the owners of them past rank 40.

They are all Twin Adder, All level 25 characters and all wearing the exact same outfits.

It's absurd that this goes unnoticed/unchecked for so long.

I guess we know what all THESE accounts are being used for now. Purchasing FC plots to re-sell on the black market (Or scam innocent people!)


This needs to be addressed NOW, Manual bans for every single one of these accounts before housing launches next week.

This really has basically become a ritual any time new servers release.

I remember when Crystal first opened there were so many bots in the starting zones that the instances got filled and nobody neither bot nor actual player could enter them until the GMs were forced to take drastic measures and start purging them.

It's just sad that support will see this, and ignore it like they always do.

Surely its not hard to run a script that looks up level 6 FC's with one member and flag them for manual support interactions (Bans)

The problem with banning them based on criteria like that... is there is nothing inherently against the ToS about leveling a character to 25 and being in an FC... or being in an FC with just 1 player that is rank 6. They'd have to catch those players leveling to 25 in an illegitimate manner or doing something else against the ToS.

If the ToS worked like that a name like Two Genders would not be against the ToS because it's not profanity, it's not a copyrighted character from another square enix game and it's not a cheated name that uses special characters.

it's all about intent and the subjective interpretation of what the intent was by the GMs
in this case you have a pretty clear cut example of something that should easily be subjectively interpreted as botting by the GMs

Wait?! There a this many bots in the game? But in the weekly report SE hands out they temp bad like 3-5 ppl for botting? Do you think if we report them SE will ban them? Lets all do that! /s

SE does not care ... if they pay a sub. I posted about the fate bots in 2017, none got any temp or perma and the program is still running.

Removing 3-5 ppl TEMP in the entire playerbase per week. Shows how little SE cares about botting.

And lets face it the 3-5 they get are likely flexing in NN with their bot or something. Its not the ones you report.

Not *all* three member FCs are bots. For instance, my friend and I have a 3 member FC [2 of them are my alts] on Ravana and we are certainly not bots. lol. Though I confess I play as bad as one sometimes :P

Is your FC named "HSDYFS" with a level 25 FC leader wearing the exact same outfit as every other FC with a name like "ADSHDYSD", while being the same baseline GC rank, auto-generated name and the exact same creation date as the other FC's?

These are bots & blackmarket sellers.

They need to be removed from the game as soon as humanly possible.
