With the new Alliance Raid story, are we going to see Swaenhylt again?

Swaenhylt was the focus of a quest added in Patch 1.17 of the original FFXIV:

He was absolutely obsessed with Azeyma, and sent you on a journey around Eorzea to extract confessions and penance from anyone who hadn't been living a virtuous enough life to satisfy their vows of worship for Azeyma.

I feel like if anyone in Eorzea would want to know about the events of Aglaia, Swaenhylt has to be pretty high up on that list.

And yes, he survived the Seventh Calamity.

He's even standing around in Camp Drybone blaming people's lack of faith in Azeyma as being the cause of the Seventh Umbral Era:

And he has a brief role in the early 2.00 MSQ, where he tries to proselytize to you about worshiping Azeyma.

Well, we've already been through Azeyma without much note, so I'm gonna say no; if they wanted to bring him in to talk about Azeyma, they had their chance and instead focused on Rhalgr and Nald'thal.

Speaking of Azeyma and lack of note, anyone else kinda surprised Azem wasn’t even hinted at being related to her existence or name? No special attention to the wol from Azeyma or anything. Bit of an anticlimax there so far.

It was rather weird. After what Urianger set up I expected Azeyma to be the most important in a metanarrative sense, even if not in-universe. But she came and went without much acknowledgment. Granted none of the ones we fought in Aglaia are actually dead so maybe it'll come up later.

I think we might see him when we're on the lookout for more information on Azeyma. Though now you made me want to see his reaction seeing her

Honestly, I would expect that if we go somewhere to study Azeyma, it would be the Azim Steppe. The extent of the Azeyma=Azem connection is basically just Urianger's musings, and not even necessarily helpful since we know Azem was a title held by multiple people; if we assert that Azeyma was based on Azem, do we look to the at-sundering Azem, do we look to Venat, do we look to the untold amount of previous Azems? That's way too vague to be useful, but Azim is one single figure, that's much more researchable.
