Request for Better Dev Communication Regarding Job Balancing and Adjustments

Agreed, been wishing for better clarity since a long time.

We never know where the Dev team is going, what are their intentions.
A lot of your examples, to not say all, are on point with the feeling of Dev team being disconnected from forum feedback.
They mention button bloat but many actions are the same, except one is single target and the other is AoE, see Shoha and Shoha II, repeated for 2 other actions.

I also want to point out that even the Japanese side of the forum thinks the Dev team is only listening to the English side.
