this would just simply be in tow with the old system it does not work and it needs to end not be made worse by keeping on beating the already dead horse.
my proposal is for the old system to be replaced and forgotten about cause we are splitting too many hairs and having arguments that achieve nothing in the end over it.
at least with a new unrestricted system they can continue to add things onto it and make it so that no one is left out of having a house for themself or to share with another/others.

I'm not saying "just stick with apartments but make them better". Apartments still have flaws (such as being tied to wings).

I was just pointing out that for everyone that says an instanced system is impossible, apartments (and the instanced housing most other MMOs use) shows that it is not.

There's also going to be no such thing as an unrestricted system. Any system will have restrictions because they need to be programmed. But new systems could have expanded limits and expanded capabilities. And agreed that no one should be left out.
