You lost me when you said Ninja was the hardest melee to play. Next to Reaper, it has the most flexibility. Its burst window doesn’t change that. Its lack of payout is specifically because its standing is entirely reliant on the party, which is not a good design. Flogs shows this, and the devs know this.

I’m surprised people actually want to tie themselves to how well their party maximizes TA so severely. Dancer and Bard suffer from this as well and it is crushing the role.
