I wouldn't have a problem with '' normal '' content being harder if the trial and dungeon system wasn't thoroughly kept alive by duty roulette users who want their quick rewards and leave/cry whenever the team wipes.

'' I want harder normal content, but I don't want to stick around in a duty for more than 15 minutes and people should learn to play better because otherwise they don't respect my time '' is just a messed up ideology to have. Not that anyone here is saying this (yet), but I know nobody here wants to queue up for a duty roulette and spend an hour with sprouts trying to teach them the content while wiping continuously.
