My favourite part is them fixing the weird play-do model we have which is really just "Recycled Roegadyn".

Or getting rid of the hunchback.

...or fixing our gear so it doesn't look ter-- you know what, I'm sorry Square but modders so far have made the game so much more enjoyable for us Hrothgar. Please learn from them if you're going to be that butthurt that they exist.

Hrothgars defaulting to Roegadyn positions is a problem. They should have a bit more special animations for them since they're clearly meant to have animalistic traits. Like I'm sorry but this isn't just your average arthritis hands Miqo'te have, it's literally a spinal thing. They're meant to be animal-like, nor mimicking them like Miqo'te try to.

And this is honestly a problem that they reuse Roegadyn assets. Not just because they lose their intended animalistic trait, which already looks a bit naff on its own (they need to improve the hunch, let's be honest)...

...but have any of you noticed that Hrothgar "jolt" when Bards use Burst Shot?

There's this little jerk in their body where they kind of clunkily snap their bones to return to their idle position. I don't want to blame it entirely on it being reused Roegadyn assets, as I'm not qualified to actually say that with absolute confidence. But it is my best guess. It looks robotic.

Not the racially locked emotes, but the standard emotes and animations are. Also, again, go Bard on a Hrothgar, and see that weird jolt. I'm willing to bet that it's because they converted it from Roegadyn bone animations, which don't translate well into us because Hrothgar idle poses have the hunchback.
