It just added flavor and made it feel like you were rewarded for using it properly.
For the record I am all for Third Eye and Seigan procs.

Previously it honestly did not amount to much in the grand scheme of optimization, but it added flavour and skill expression.

Now Third Eye just giving 10 flat kenki is technically more of a gain, but the visual and audio feedback that you actually timed third eye properly annoyingly weak.

I am just baffled at how their decisions for adjustment conflict with themselves.
