Just came to the forums to add my complaint so I can say I did my part to try and save samurai! I just tried my rotation without using Hissatsu: Kaiten, holy crap it was boring, please don't break my main class like how boring and simple Summoner is. I felt like I was sitting there waiting for abilities to come off of cooldown when with Hissatsu: Kaiten at least I had something to use off the GCD.
