Most of these job changes suck from what we've seen, but SAM especially is taking the brunt. It's like an April Fool's joke, these changes are what people would have written as memes but they actually posted them seriously.
I'd rather take a potency nerf and keep Kaiten...
Kaiten is a unique skill to SAM that feels great to use imo, it's just going to be more boring to play now.
I really don't think SAM even has an issue with button bloat <_<, people tbh just gotta bind better.
Especially when three of the buttons aren't even used frequently.
Even moreso considering that the rotations in FFXIV are very streamlined with little random variance, so less buttons hurt the combat more in FFXIV imo it makes it horribly monotonous.

I don't understand the Mug and TA changes either, who asked for this?
Mug doesn't even make sense for a party wide damage buff imo they could at least rename it and make it Armor Crush instead and maybe rename Armor Crush to something else.
And uh, Mug gonna stay at 120s cd o_O.
I fail to see how 60s was a problem, it still lined up...
I just don't get it, I can at least understand the auto-crits for less variance but then why not for NIN too?
NIN's are quite relient on Hyosho Ranryu to crit too it's a big difference.
