I blame retainers.


Why are retainers even still in game? they were a money making gimmick as a substitute to mules/alts with an even bigger gimmick to give off the illusion that they matter to the game and economy and now I don't think the DEV team even remembers the whole level up your retainer idea.

Just scrap them and give us a proper market/bank/mail service already!
