Dark Mode, For Story Quest Dialogue

Adding a dark mode for the story dialogue boxes.
To clarify I mean for story dialogue, i,e when NPCs are speaking during quests.

FF XIV being a story based game making the stories, more easily accessible would greatly improve the quality of the game.
Especially story lines, that currently don't have voice acting, such those for alliance raids, normal raids, and job quests just to name examples.

I mean to suggest this an accessibility feature. Both my brother and I are legally blind, and i believe adding this feature would seriously improve the quality of the game, by reducing eye strain. this would be a great benefit to people who don't suffer from specific conditions as well.
