I heard about a guy who reported his own thread and got banned
The delete button is only there if the administrators have given permission to delete own threads. Because they haven't, the button isn't there. The reason why is pretty obvious, they don't want you to delete a thread that has had lots of replies to it.
The moderators will not remove your own thread if it does not violate rules and has already had conversation in it.
Probably because tech support is for the game, not the forums.

A tech support moderator is still a moderator. Just not a community moderator.

Apparently it isn't a tech issue... (confusion LOL)

I think that tech support IS smart enough to answer things, if they wanted.
Other person prefers to think they aint.
