Thread deletion?

More like it isn't their job to answer that kind of question, and besides they may not know the answer - since it isn't their job to know that answer.

I aint the one sayin things about them, nor making requests.

I think that tech support IS smart enough to answer things, if they wanted.

Other person prefers to think they aint.

The delete button is only there if the administrators have given permission to delete own threads. Because they haven't, the button isn't there. The reason why is pretty obvious, they don't want you to delete a thread that has had lots of replies to it.

The moderators will not remove your own thread if it does not violate rules and has already had conversation in it.

A tech support moderator is still a moderator. Just not a community moderator.
