Just wanted to leave my feedback regarding this process.

I will say the initial contact and response was great, I felt like the GMs replied in a timely manner and addressed all of my concerns and collected all the information they needed.

The initial request was placed on March 3rd, all subsequent information was sent within the day. (Info on the item to be restored, etc)

Since then I've gotten nothing back but canned/macro'd responses. The lack of transparency in this process is a little frustrating, especially when by all player accounts this is a 3-4 day process usually.

Some amount of progress has to have been made on this by now. I know the Aether DC is one of the biggest DC's, but this long seems a bit odd given how quick my response to providing information was.
