It's not fun to just roll 1-40 on every chest you need every week, especially when you take into consideration that people also just need on chests for their alts or just randomly simply to walk away with something while you may be on your main and actually need it.
It just feels shitty imo.
We both cleared it we both deserve the loot.
And even if one performed better than the other there's no guarantee that the person who performed better will get the gear.
Personalized loot sounds great imo. What makes you against alliance raid gear being on the same ilevel as BiS gear?
