Date & Time: Alot but randomly
Frequency: Usually after teleporting in or out of a dungeon. Also happens when teleporting from aetheryte. Original thought it was due to targetting a player and than teleporting, but it seems to happen regardless but always with the person your partied with, no minions will work you have to be in a party with the person to possibly replicate the bug.

Party or solo: Party this only happens when within a party but may also happen during other situations but unsure as of right now. I know my friend didn't notice it until going back for loot in Haukke manor. I also am unsure if shadows are making this more prominent/possibly the lighting and we just haven't noticed it. It is a very tiny dot under party member so noticing it might never happen unless you by chance are bothered by it and notice it randomly occuring.
In-game time: It has happened in the day but I think the screen shot my friend provided it was mostly night save for one where shadows were on her and party member
Area and coordinates: Everywhere and Anywhere it would seem
Housing: N/A
Steps: Must test more so far it is only happening to me and a friend but it is hard to actually notice this.
1. Get into a party
2. Sit somewhere shady
3. Go into duty or teleport somewhere
4. It seems eventually it will happen, but it could happen for a while or for only moments. Getting the screen shots were rough. I also couldn't get them as I have not been on, but mentioned it to a friend who said they would look out for weird dots for me.
(They thought I was rambling like a madman about things that did not excist. But than they came on discord posted all the screen shots with a "I can't unsee it! Everytime it happens now I see the dot." They may also have their color of party members set to the similar pink I do as well but unsure if color has anything to do with it. I need to ask them)

I know my cpu is underpowered compared to gpu from last time I posted specs I use to have a i7 core but when attempting to add a noctua fan in place of my water cooling unit it just stopped working. I am assuming the connections my cpu was having to my memory was the big issue with the errors it threw at me. The fan might have cracked the board slighting in just the right place, but I still couldn't find any damage. It may just randomly work again when I put it in another case. I was replacing the cooling due to moving to a colder climate, so fan cooling was more viable. I have been using an old server with my gpu just shoved into it and have not had the money to spend on a new one.
Honestly I would have added information to the other post, but I think it is locked. I am unable to provide further information on it, so here is a new post with a bit more info.
Also sorry if my English is not the best >.< I have been informed that sometimes I type far too proper or like an alien which amuses me possibly too much.
Tons of screen shots
