Is there any update on these issues? It's been a real hard time trying to even get into a dungeon for the event let alone standing idle for to long in any major city without eventually getting disconnected.

I'm able to eliminate the latency issues by using a VPN to connect from Arizona, so it's definitely something wrong in the pipeline between SoCal Cox and FFXIV NA Servers.
It's terrible! Now I've noticed that the ffxiv connection status says "Poor" at login. Standing in Ul'dah and watching the lag around me. It's terribly bad. Please help!

Separate Modem and Router or Hybrid? Hybrid
Are you using a Firewall/Anti-virus solution? If so, which ones? Windows Defender
Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters? I only play on 1 character
I also know of two other players in the area who have been dealing with lag through Cox. Meanwhile two local players with Spectrum as their ISP had issues earlier in the week but are fine now.
Iam doing currently blue mage arena 16 and iam losing my mind
My casts dont do dmg, casts get interrupted with no visible reason and the two monster that cause insta death when to close are teleporting just in front of me without me beeing able to run away
i dont know how to finish this arena!
i did some speedtests, but my glass fibre connections gets 400mb/s in all tests and i have a ping between 7-10ms.
Some Data:
Country: Germany NRW
Server: Phoenix
ISP: Deutsche Glasfaser
This moring all was ok, but its getting more worse. I will try arena tomorrow moring again.

Problem only happens to me at night, usually after 8 pm. Only FFXIV seems to be affected now. Outage occured earlier this week and been bad since.
