Are you using a Firewall/Anti-virus solution? If so, which ones? Windows defender
Does the issue only happen with specific characters or all characters? occurs on any character on NA datacenter, not sure beyond that
Worst Issues are happening on main server of Excalibur but Leviathan is unstable too.
