    Also adding to this as well, it seems this is happening to everyone in Southern California with the Crystal data center

    Platform: Windows
    ISP: Cox Communications
    Wired Connection
    Region: San Diego, California
    Separate Modem and Router
    Firewall: Windows Defender
    Issue is happening with all characters.
