    Can't connect to my NA data center

    Is NA data center down? I cant get in past the title screen, I keep getting the error message "the lobby server has encountered an error" with message code 2002. I've tried updating everything, turning off firewalls, resetting both my router and my pc, have used both WiFi and cord connection. Nothing works. I have successfully connected to all EU, and Japan data centers with no problem, but still cant connect to any NA data centers where I have my characters. Please send halp!
