    MND: 0
    INT: 0
PIE: 15 (Will be 0 when I get more CON marks)
    My Stats Screenshot

Weapon Choice: Boarskin Himantes because the 10% more blunt damage is greater then the att and acc you get with rank 49/50 weapons. If mob is resistant to blunt then 49/50 weapons are probably better. I'm finding rank 49/50 weapons are better for nms.

Heavy Strike then Repeat Flurry until party does BR. Use att up and acc ablilities with Victimize II. Repeat.

Flurry is where your damage is, it's greater then every other melee's normal attack.

hence why you are not evading that much, light strike increases your chance to evade. and for pugs its pretty much spamming featherfoot and using light strikes to boost our evade rate.
I know, thats what I said, I dont use light strike because I don't really care to evade that much in my play :P

Sorry to burst your bubble but I've tested these as i have a set for farming (because i can repair myself) and a pair of jade hora, the jade hora consistently deals more damage on both weaker mobs and the world nms

From what i can tell is the weapon % simply converts the base damage type to another
So if you use an attack from gladiator that says slashing, it still deals blunt if you're a pug using boarskin himantes
Now, if you were to use bahnaks, then you should see some of that slashing type damage
Why they specify a damage type for the attacks, and the weapons is beyond me, unless it was another planned but unimplemented feature

My base stats are dex 137, str, 128, vit 90 with mind at 43. I usually partner with an archer friend and have to tank for him which is fun keeping aggro =D. I use leather gear for def. In a battle I usually start with Featherfoot before aggro and hit jarring strike II when it goes off (even a short stun stops some damage). Other than that I use heavy strike into flurry and keep hitting flurry until I can max victimize II with a couple buffs on it. If its a long fight I'll keep featherfoot up and when it pops hit jarring strike. If its a group of more than two like the Jigga's I use Aura Pulse (long as im not getting sniffed by something nearby). I also use taunt II when my archer friend pulls aggro so the mob runs back to me. Kinda fun, but often we can manage aggro so the mob keeps running back and forth without attacking much.

sorry to say but Pseudo is right, from my testing on reg mobs my boarskin+1 will out dmg any other knuckle in game
but as said already the peiste or jade will do more dmg on NMs

not sure if you are correct about the weapon% from what I;ve been told the weaponskill dmg type is constant. So using your example a pug with boarskins doing a glad weaponskill that says slashing will do slashing dmg even though he is using a blunt weapon.

    Ah ok

Can all of you rank 50 guys post here your stats while wearing you best gear of choice?
I am still Rank 45 and I wanna get some gear and accessorie ideas if possible.
It can be either a screenshot of your status screen (like Pseudopsia did), or just wright them down.
I believe it will help other players too, cause I don't wanna spend my money buying what I think it's best and get items that don't worth their price.
Also please clarify if you have the +1 version of an item.

    What I wanna see is:
    HP:
    MP:
    Attack:
    Accuracy:
    Evasion:
    Defence:
    Magic defence:
    Magic Accuracy:
    Magic Potency:
    (the last 2 are optional)

    Thanks in advance!

Right now, gear doesn't completely function as it should. With the coming updates this should be resolved, then players can start to make better gear choices

Here's a list of best overall evasion defense and magic defense
    Head Tricorne
    Body Buccaneers
    Waist Bucaneers
    Hands Mitt Gaunt.
    Legs Kecks
    Feet Buccanner

For weapon, jade hora for damage and parry, pieste cesti for accuracy

+ on armor is pointless unless you're main tank (save your gil)
+ weapons are a good investment as they will benefit you whether you are tanking or DD (but look for a good price. 5-15% isn't going to make you godly)

I gave most of my bucc set to an ls mate
I currently use the above and for the bucc pieces, toad harness, tarred longsash, and armored caligae
None of it + and i usually tank gobby pieste and buffalo nms for my ls (better hate control with accomplice)

Ps: for weapon i use Jade hora +1 and occasionally NQ pieste cesti when i don't want to use food or save on repair costs (10-20k for hora repair from players)
