The Copied Factory Caster and Healer chest piece no drops...

I've ran the Nier Alliance Raids a combined around 30 times and The Copied Factory alone around 20 times, and I've yet to see the Yorha type-51 robe of casting or yorha type-51 robe of healing I have all other chest pieces and nearly all the other pieces as well.
Of the people I talk to every raid, they havent either. Just wondering if anyone has seen these drop recently.
With every run empty handed, I die a little on the inside.

I don't have a great deal of experience in this, but have to say I was lucky - I managed to grab a Type-51 robe of Aiming in the first (and only) run of The Copied Factory I participated in, but I was the only Ranged-DPS player present in that instance.

If the probability of an event is not 0% or 100%, there are no guarantees. Even with an equal probability of every possible piece dropping, it's possible to run something a thousand times and not see a specific piece ever.

The last run I had of Copied Factory, both of the tops dropped: Casting from Engles and Healing from 9S. When the raid was current, I felt like I farmed it for ages specifically for the casting top—but I also think that drops feel like they never exist when one is actively looking for them, and then drop all the time when one is not.
