i think is a real need just to trow on it posts like this!

I always assumed in a world full of magic, there were plenty of small personal magics and cantrips that everyone just used to make life easier, like one to keep your hair from being blown around and kept trimmed, or one that kept you from overheating or freezing in harsh climates, or even ones that made it so you don't have to use the restroom.
It's the only explanation i could come up with for why almost none of the final fantasies have a bathroom, and the ones that do, have them in the dungeons. (presumably such cells would be anti magic, preventing such convenience spells from being cast along with the greater ones you could use to escape.)
Cmon, some of the zelda games have a bathroom... with an arm that comes out of the toilet and begs for paper.
On a more serious level, the JSE for the jobs is one of the rewards and perks of being a job and part of what distinguishes the job from the class. If the class got it too, then the point of jobs would be diminished.

make public restrooms with flies and all, and of course a poison effect when you're near them

I'd go play the Sims if I wanted a game to be anymore "realistic".

TP is hard to come by without smacking someone (or singing a song).
Do you mean we need bathroom as in = hot shower sequences?
Heck yeth! *shows Raubahn showering* *Hildebrand investigates*
