It's inevitable getting double or more of the same job players on the same trial, raid, etc. But what about alliance raids roulette?

So many times I see parties with double pure healer and the other double shield healer, as well so many people of the same DPS job on the same party. I get tired of buffs and SCH/SGE shields overwriting each other because of it.
