Just don't put any of these bosses in an instance and I will be the happiest galka around. If they do to these whats been done to the primals I think maybe that will be all she wrote for me on playing this game. You can add all the cool mobs to a game you want (which we need! no arguing that) but if they do so in the manner of 8 person instanced combat with some crappy totum style drop mechanic, its still crap. Can't polish turd people.

I dont know, really I like going with my LS to annihiliate SH bosses with multiple parties, even if parties have to alternate claim to get credit for it. So I'm game for open world situations.Terrible Idea, it even contradicts itself.
-Open World = Dead in 10m as soon as its found. In the current game state its literally impossible to make any open world NM extremely strong because outside parties can now damage claimed mobs.
Think of how fast 1 WAR, 1 WHM, and 62 BLM (8 parties of 8) could destroy it; just think of how fast 5 BLM destroy garuda.
Even without my very very skewed example, people would still be able to zerg it with whatever they have.
This means guilds that have the most people (and probably are not the most skilled) will be the ones with the server first kills.
Unless how open world works changes; please leave all difficult bosses instanced.
There was mention of a way, that is the only way I can see roaming nms working at this point. They basically have a spawn window and you would go up and take an action on it and it would take you into an instance where you fight it with your party. Kind of like an mmo take on a traditional RPG boss fight.Terrible Idea, it even contradicts itself.

I really wouldn't say putting them in instances is a bad thing. They just need to do something about drops where they don't suck.Just don't put any of these bosses in an instance and I will be the happiest galka around.
