This is most definitely what we should all be complaining about.

That is the JP Hidden Artifact image, and I believe they didn't actually GET that art book like we did (They got much better CE stuff if i'm not mistaken). So yea...
Much better CE stuff... a so called Death Tumbler which has a warning to don't drink almost 99% of stuff with it and some opened the box to find a moldy tumbler LOL
warning that comes with the cup:
Unmoldy Cup is actually nice looking though; at beginning I was planning to buy 1 JP CE for me and 1 US CE for my wife for the journal so I can get both but then I found out JP version comes with JP product key and can only be used with JP Square-Enix account therefore I ended up buying 2x US CE version. And thanks to that stupid region specific product codes/keys my 3x FFXIII in-game item codes (bought the game for myself, my bro, my mom) went to dump.

Wooooooow o.O
Bad example is bad.
It's pretty much assured we will see Titan before 2.0 he has a Cutscene allready made and everything if .dats are to beleived. But to be more on the point...It's still technically 2.0 concept art if they plan on using it in 2.0, wether you want to argue semantics or not isn't really up to question. Sucks that it's old art but it doesn't even say anything about "New" art in the Japanese post so...yeah.
*edit*
We will also be getting rad wallpapers or something like that, so it's not totally wasted effort if your looking for a behemoth wallapers I guess.
Oh Rein...I remember that tumbler oh boy...

The mob is not in the game yet true! so he will be new to the game..but they are claiming they have "ALL-NEW concept art" the art is old...so is the concept...
I am sure people were expecting some new art work that was never released to the public by Square. :O
I think the "reborn" translation is closer to the truth. So it's "reborn concept art", rather than "new concept art."
What about "nascent"? Is that accurate too? (lolGoogle)
