    (Spoiler) Do the NPC's gathered before Garl change?

    Leveling an alt right now and I got too wondering, based on content you have done, do the NPC's change in the gathering hall before the invasion?

    I got too wondering since a streamer mentioned the THM NPC's being there, But i dont remember seeing them on my main who didnt level THM.

    So yeah, Do the NPC's that show up change depending on your 'side' content played?

    Yes as well as some dialogue difference like with A ruhn

    The NPCs are all present regardless, at least at the initial meeting, but you can only interact with them if you've done the relevant storyline. If not, they're still there but without overhead name tags so they're less obvious.

    I can't remember if they're still visible around the camp at Garlemald or if they're just missing altogether.

    Huh didn't realize that I had everything done and didn't watch it with out the alt path... sorry!!! There is alt dialogue though with A-Ruhn if you've leveled whm

    A-Ruhn is an exception since he's there as an MSQ character rather than a job quest bonus character, so he gets lines regardless of your quest progress.

    As an additional quirk, only the NPCs you've actually interacted with are named during the following solo duty, and otherwise are just given generic GC-related titles.
