Some tweaks to The Dead Ends

I'd like to see positional requirements removed from the second boss. Feels like punishing melee characters for no good reason when most of the fight requires running in circles around it to dodge AoEs. But it's a minor thing.

It’s actually possible to stay in one side of arena without needing to follow the circling safe zone. I’ve done this and always on healers by slidecasting. There’s an ample time to slidecast to the opposite direction’s safe zone. I imagine any melee jobs can also repeat this with no problem + True North being a boon.
