Are 15 liners FC recruitment spams generally accepted in FF?

Now, that's a discussion that will go places.

@OP: Report if you want to report; don't if you don't. If you report for spam and the adverts don't meet SE's criteria for spam, then the report will just be disregarded. No skin off anyone's back. If, on the other hand, the adverts do meet SE's criteria for spam, then the advertiser will be warned or actioned.

I don't get the "should I report this?" thing. Report things you feel need reporting. If SE wants you, personally, to stop sending in reports, they'll tell you. I'd imagine you'd have to go a bit nuts and send in multiple superfluous reports before it would get to that stage.

It doesn't seem to fall under the definition of spam in the Prohibited Activities policy that tries to clarify the ToS. It would need to be actively obstructing game play and player communication to be considered spam. It might be annoying, but it's not obstructive.

Just blacklist and the problem is solved (at least for you and others who have blacklisted the player using the macro).

I imagine that it's been less than successful as a recruiting tool. Most people are going to tune it out after the first 3-4 lines.

Sounds like a club advertisement to me, some on Hyperion run that long. If it bothers you just blacklist them and move forward with your day.
