I don't think we need beast tribe allowance anymore tbh
like if someone wants to do all 70+beast tribe quest daily go ahead

For current expansion beast tribes it still makes sense. Limits your access to rewards like endgame materia and crafting materials. And doesn't conflict with grinding from other sources like FATEs, which is probably their intention.

For past expansions none of the rewards are relevant for endgame and they really shouldn't be capped. At some point there will be so many beast tribe currencies the will have to consider doing something like that.
