Min ilvl incentives

I've been a long time player since ARR and sometimes i get a moment where i miss doing some of the old fights like there where when they come out. Sometimes i actually find a group of people doing said content and do it with it and yes i am aware how the changes over the years make it not exactly perfect. So the point of this is i would like some incentives to do milvl raids and ex fights like say get a gold certificate if you clear a raid tier that becomes a weekly example gordias savage (lol). Even if it would be a progression point where you got to do it more then one would be fun.

Certain drops, mostly music rolls, go up to a 100% drop rate when done at minimum ilvl.
It'd be nice if they did that to mounts too after the following expansion comes out or something.

Lower than extreme and savage, but I do think it would be cool if they added a min-ilvl roulette for normal trials. Trials are fast enough that people would likely still do the "regular" roulette so it doesn't lose it's value to new players, but you'd be able to re-experience those fights from when they didn't die instantly.
