    Friends Hacked Account

    So a friend of mine's account got hacked, they changed the email, new password and new authenticator. Following the support site we both were led to the below. Problem is, every option below requires a login! Please advise on how my friend can get his account back.

    If you can still access the account, please change your password as soon as possible. If you have not done so, adding a security token will provide additional protection to the account. Check for any changes to your account.

    If FINAL FANTASY XIV characters or game data was deleted, fill out the Character/Game Data Recovery forms provided in the Support Center site.

    We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Unfortunately, we are unable to directly assist with any account concerns for Final Fantasy XIV as this must be handled by the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.
