Hmm, when you say it's replaced with 'generic FATE music', you wouldn't happen to specifically be in Labyrinthos in the point of the story around level 89/90 right? That's working as intended - the zone music and battle theme there is replaced by a version of the regular FATE music Torn From the Heavens called on the OST album 'From Below'.

This is unfortunately SE has stated is intentional, and yes, it's annoying (there's been lots of complaints about it), but it's working as intended according to SE so there is nothing that can really be done I'm sorry to say. You'll be pleased to know however that it disappears after finishing EW's storyline and returns to the regular Labyrinthos day and night themes and the battle theme returns too (it's also only in this area, no other zone is affected by this).
