    Launcher not working

Hello, since the maintenance, I've been getting multiple script errors when launching the game from Steam, and the launcher won't load.
All I see is a frozen Final Fantasy 14 screen with 18 script errors.
    Here's an example: "https://launcher.finalfantasyxiv.com/v600/polyfill~d939e436-6e65987351d614033b8f.bundle.js"
I'd like to point out that the "6e65987351d614033b8f.bundle.js" part is consistent. The code in between that part and polyfill, on the other hand, is always different.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times since, but nothing has changed.
Due to this issue, I have yet to link my steam account to my FF14 account, as it requires the launcher, which does not work.
I also tried verifying the files on Steam, clearing cache and cookies, and following the steps for configuring internet options to resolve a similar issue with a different bundle number I saw on the forum, but it didn't work.
I tried running the game from the boot.exe file too, and the launcher appears, but when I log in, it says I don't have a license. But I suppose that's to be expected given that I'll be launching it on Steam.
I still have until March 20th before my subscription expires, and this launcher issue is costing me both time and money. I have also yet to receive a response to my ticket.
Please kindly help me in resolving this launcher issue. Thank you very much.

Good morning fellow adventurers and thank you all for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums,

We apologize for the delay in our response, please try the following:

The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:

    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
    - Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"
