Joking aside. I'm really sure an implementation of this feature will go through much QA to ensure it doesn't at least get abused. If they're incapable of implementing this feature then maybe something similar to lost actions? I like the concept of deep dungeons but HoH felt just a reskinned PotD with nothing much to it aside from magicites and large rooms. Deep dungeons has the potential to introduce new different playstyles and I believe the devs should use this potential. If done right, it can be a testing ground to a much bigger changes in the gameplay
Deep Dungeons are their own different playstyle already.

Past that introductory point, you're meant to carefully explore. It's something of a throwback to some of the older games, where you actually spent a good amount of time (hours) exploring and completing runs. If you failed, that was the end of it. No second chance.

A full run of PotD can take up to 8 hours for a party. HoH became more manageable at 4.

There's beauty in the simplicity of the buffs offered. If you start playing around with job specific item/ buffs being placed around the maps, that just creates a situation for more disappointment, when something meant for 1 of 19 jobs is unusable. Where's the fun in that?

In the end, I don't see them adding too much to the new DD. It will already be something to be played with level 80 skills, so that's already offering a more interesting experience.
