    Quite a few reports of Avast and AVG false detecting crossover apps (this is one of those) heuristically.

    I am relatively new to this game and am astonished at the lack of support on this issue. I have submitted numerous tickets and the response I get from each ticket is the exact same...

    We understand you may be having some difficulties and we are glad you reached out to us for assistance. We have reviewed the details you have provided and we have determined that your concern can be best handled by our Support Center team.

    This is maddening.... are there any other options for support or should I just save myself the headache and cancel?

    This is perhaps the biggest problem for me. I understand that SE can do little about what Apple decides to take in or out of their system. However, the lack of official response in SOME fashion is galling. At least acknowledge the problem and that you're doing something SE...
