I always greet with "hiii" during the loading screen, and I have no problem with waiting if the healer is way behind so they can catch up or if someone has to go quick AFK.

I always have more than enough time to greet everyone before we can start pulling and, as a tank, I always start running as soon as the barrier drops. However, I always turn my camera to see if the rest of the party, the healer especially, is at least moving. If they are not I stop and wait for them, no biggy. Sometimes your party wants a very fast pace and sometimes they want to go a bit slower. I have no problem adapting to whatever pace they prefer.

Don't worry about it. You have sprint and can dash to a mob. If they are dumb enough to pull 5 mobs with no one else around, its their problem at the end of the day

    Type faster.

Except that one time where I got into an instance and the doorbell rang (I was expecting a package) and the tank jumps to warp before I could inform them I needed a sec.
    Seriously, type faster.

I usually also just o/ and zoom off. I like sozializing but daily expert is not tinder and I just want to be done with it quickly as it's not content I enjoy, unless I go with friends and do 3 DPS runs, at least it feels like I have something to do then.

(depending on the dungeon and this is just personal optimization >.< )Must agree with this sometimes many pop sprint right at the start while you attempt to summon a fairy. I always try to keep aware of my party sometimes people have potatos for computers or even the loading bug I get sometimes where I will load in so darn slow, and have no clue what causes it but it happens randomly to many people I play with varying different computer configurations too.

I say nothing and straight to wall pull, no reason to even talk, unless given a reason too.

You should always pop sprint before you tag the first group. Sprint out of combat is 20 seconds, sprint in-combat is 10 seconds. I imagine that a lot of tanks tag sprint "too soon" so that at the very least the healer has time to pop sprint before the tank actually tags the first group (the tank should make sure the healer popped it though). There's definitely a sweet spot, but the worst times for the tank to pop sprint would be 10+ seconds before they tag the first group or <1 second before they tag the first group.

If they tag the first group RIGHT after they pop sprint, they're going to have ~18 seconds worth of sprint while everyone else will had 10 seconds and it will be harder for them to keep up. If they pop sprint more than 10 seconds before they tag that first group, they may have well just popped sprint after the pull.

I usually pop sprint a couple of seconds before pull and then hold a couple of seconds if I don't see the healer pop sprint.
