    If I play tank I only give it out to healers.
    If I play healer I only give it out to tank.

    Only if they should be getting a commendation.

    I have an apartment already, but the sad thing about apartments is that you can't exterior decorate or garden.

    It would also be nice to have separate rooms and floors...

    True but you can get decently creative with the limited space. It also helps to AT LEAST use/store any furnishing you've collected throughout the game normally. Yeah we really do need some form of instance housing as an alternate way to perma plot housing

    One of the things that makes me a bit annoyed with SE. They said when apartments were added that it would be easy to increase the number of wings per building if there was need. which is why apartments didn't need demolition like houses.

    Balmung has need on a couple of occasions and SE does nothing. I'm sure at this point they're expecting Ishgard to fill the demand but considering how huge the player base has grown, those 4320 new apartments could also disappear quickly.

    As apartments are in short supply on Balmung -- If there are no FCFS wards... it would likely be wise for all Balmungians with a spare 500,000g to snap one of the Ishgard apartments up before heading out to do any lottery.

    It can always be an extra store room to dump furniture the retainers bring back, if nothing else.
