hrothgar's lore

So i have recently change my main WoL into a hrothgar and have been reading about their lore. And what I've been wondering about is the whole Queen for the clan. From my understanding, it kinda sounds like how the Miqo'te way with their tribes and family.

But with the exception that the hrothgar following a Queen, while a Miqo'te tribe is mostly a harem.

But what wonders me is: What if the Queen will have a daughter, will she be the next in line to be Queen or does she has another role? And does the Queen has her own harem like the Miqo'te too?

And since The Lost doesn't follow a Queen, how do they keep their tribe together? Will they have a tribe leader which can be either male or female? And how can one be the leader of a tribe?

The Queen is actually addressed in the Save the Queen/Bozja storyline. Since there are priestesses just below the Queen that would be ready to take on the role of Queen if a new one is needed, I assume that the Queen either will never have offspring (being a priestess before and all) or an eventual daughter would just become a priestess as well. No mention of a harem for the Queen. There are other female Hrothgar besides the Queen (which we simply never saw, but they existed) that were just normal citizens and married from what we learned in Bozja, so the Lost will most likely be like that. Not really a Tribe, but families that reproduce.

Note that the Lore entry of the Helions says that they followed a Queen in ages past, suggesting that they no longer do.

So far, Tribes just seem to be a thing for Seeker of the Sun Miqo'te and Au Ra Xaela.


Edit: Alright, read up on it again, and it seems that outside of Bozja there still are Tribes following a queen. But the Lost seem to lead normal lives.
